Terrible experience. This was an out-of-state purchase and I wasn’t provided with all the documents needed for titling and registration in my state nor did they provided me with the ELO registration code (a feature that cost me 1,500 dollars). The shipping company service was appalling from lack of information on when the vehicle shipped to a very rigid option on delivery —the delivery wasn’t door to door as promised and you have to be available to run to meet the driver otherwise they will take it to a storage with additional fees. The whole after purchase experience is non-existent to the degree of multiple calls being ignored by the manager. I would not recommend this dealer at all unless you don’t care about being able to sort any issues with the dealer once the vehicle is purchased. People are nice, but ineffective and ultimately not thoughtful of the buyers’ experience. I wouldn’t be surprised this review is ignored as well.

The actual dealing and paper work was tedious, there were add-ons that were not requested by me, GPS, Upholstery cleaning and some tire service- that added $2,000 dollars to the contract. Andrew was great at meeting us half way and working it out so that we did purchase the truck. He was very professional and patient during the dealing and going back and forth to the manager. We are happy with the experience and our purchase.

I have mixed feelings regarding the service that I received at this dealership. On one hand, the price of my vehicle was well below others on the market, and when we finally got to speak with someone interested in selling the vehicle, it was a no-haggle situation. On the other hand, I was left on "read" when texting back and forth about the price with the original salesperson with whom I was working. I don't know if it was because I'm a female or because I asked for a breakdown on how the price jumped $5k from the sales advertised number to the "out-the-door" figure. It also could have been because the car I was purchasing was well below the high-end retail that the dealership normally carries. However, I do know that when my husband placed a call, things were then miraculously worked out. I would not have continued to pursue this deal if there were more options for the specific car I was seeking. When we arrived, we weren't treated rudely, but it was evident that our deal was not a priority. No chair was offered to my husband who was left standing for 30 minutes before we decided to wait outside for the finance manager. Further, although all customers were in compliance with safety protocol for Covid-19, there were salesmen walking around without masks or wearing their masks incorrectly, which made us uncomfortable. In addition, once the deal was complete and the car was delivered into my possession, no one took the time to explain the features of the vehicle to me before sending me on my way. I had to ask how to sync the blue tooth for my drive home, as it is a 90-mile commute and I needed navigation. All in all, should I decide to purchase a high-end vehicle in the future, this would not be the dealership I would revisit. I want to add that our final salesman, Andrew was a respectful, although inexperienced young man. He has much potential to grow into a professional and should be guided in the nuances of customer service to allow him to reach his potential in this profession.

They were very nice and the location was easy to find. The rep I worked with did an ok job of detailing the information for me. However, they tried to get me to sign a contract for a car without informing me of charges that I didn’t agree to beforehand.

Having to pay for the tire, tracking and paint package was very upsetting. Dealership is not in a ideal location, it's congested being that it's right in the side walk, also music is a bit high inside, bathroom is dirty and needs repairs.

When I was shopping and met the salesman after the test drive, I felt like I was at a McDonald’s. I just was told to sit at a little round table and wait. The salesman came with these crazy numbers to consummate the deal. I asked a couple of questions and was told not to interrupt when he was talking! I am the customer! I walked away, disappointed and frustrated. I was approached by the internet sales girl, Alondra. She saved the deal and managed to bring me back in again. If it wasn’t because of her effort, I would have gone to a different car dealer. They delivered the car with no explanation. I contacted the sales manager to complain and he was sympathetic and promised someone would call me to schedule a proper explanation of the features and how they work but after almost 30 days no call. When the lease is up I will not go to this dealer again. I have leased many cars in my lifetime and this counts as the worst experience.

Richard was absolutely the nicest salesman I have talked to. He was very helpful. Answered every question I had. He was a genuine nice guy who I see being a real asset. He was not the stereotypical salesman chasing you for your money. I think he was a bit quite but it made the process easier. Hopefully he sticks around. I would buy from him again.
