Having to pay for the tire, tracking and paint package was very upsetting. Dealership is not in a ideal location, it's congested being that it's right in the side walk, also music is a bit high inside, bathroom is dirty and needs repairs.

We had a horrible experience at Westbrook Alpha Romeo in Van Nuys CA. After agreeing on sale price, 2000 deposit was taken to hold the car until next day, we asked to have all paperwork ready to go to sign at a specific time, we came and waited patiently for over an hour, because of course nothing was prepared. Finance manager knew nothing about the deposit, had to go back to PATRICK sales manager multiple times to ask about the details of the agreement etc... It seems that their workflow is flawed. This is not the biggest issue; we took delivery of the car and we noted plastic wrap around the sill of the doors during our test drive, sales person advised us that the car will be cleaned and plastic will be removed prior to delivery; we took delivered the car in the evening, so multiple scratches were noted on the sill of the rear passenger door left side, with what appears to be an attempt to buff and hide the scratches by the dealership, we immediately contacted the sales rep. Andrew Herrera who is- by the way- is GREAT and the only genuinely good person in this gang. Andrew asked us to bring the car for scratches repair - A BRAND NEW CAR with scratches???!!!!! we paid for a flawless brand new vehicle, we were upset to say the least, they took the car, and we were given a lower model sedan, which below the standard for a luxury car company, you always give loaner which is either the same model or higher, but again clear evidence of lack of care, lackadaisicalness and poor judgement, I think there is also an undertone of take it or leave. We demanded to talk to the sales manager who after a few calls obliged and said we will switch the car with a Stelvio. The car was in the shop for a week to be PAINTED ?!!!! We demanded compensation for our inconvenience and sale of defective car, asked for the dealership to cover end of lease wear and tear and service of the car for the length of the lease as well as tinting the car; honestly I only asked for this because I wanted the General manager to respond to my requests to talk to him to discuss the situation; of course he did not bother to call or reach out to apologize or offer any solutions. I got a call from the Sales manager Patrick who said" I spoke to the general manager and what you are asking for is ridiculous and absurd; cars get scratched all the time and we fix it and sell them, we fixed your car for free even though you brought it back after it left the lot, we don't know if the scratch happened in our possession or yours, but we took care of it anyways; we will not be offering anything else, we need our loaner back, come get your car it is done. Again very rude, unprofessional and complete lack of customer service skill, he should not be in this business, if he worked for me, he will be gone!!! We came to pick up the car, still no general manager contact, we noted the car to have defective parking light or alarm notification on the dashboard, had to bring the "NEW CAR" back for another check 10 minutes after we drove it out of the service department. I became extremely upset and asked again to speak to general manager RICK but to no avail. I decided to post a review on yelp of my experience; finally RICK decided to grace us with his presence and called me to tell me that he feels it is better to cancel the deal, I advised him that I will likely do that, since then I was not able to talk to RICK or anyone at the dealership. I will be seeking legal advise.

Dan Orel in finance was awesome. Most dealership finance guys are the pushy ones - the ones who upsell you and work the hard sale on you over and over until you want to call a manager to tell the finance guy to back off. Dan isn’t that guy. He did his job - he presented the options carefully and professionally, and listened to what we wanted and didn’t want. He’s a great salesman, but also made us feel listened to and respected.
Cesar was our salesperson and was courteous, responsive, professional, and most importantly not pushy. Dan in finance was awesome - went over everything but was also not pushy (that’s where the dealer usually upsells you, and Dan wasn’t that guy - he did his job, and presented the products and services professionally, and listened to what we wanted and didn’t want without being unprofessional or pushy).

When I was shopping and met the salesman after the test drive, I felt like I was at a McDonald’s. I just was told to sit at a little round table and wait. The salesman came with these crazy numbers to consummate the deal. I asked a couple of questions and was told not to interrupt when he was talking! I am the customer! I walked away, disappointed and frustrated. I was approached by the internet sales girl, Alondra. She saved the deal and managed to bring me back in again. If it wasn’t because of her effort, I would have gone to a different car dealer. They delivered the car with no explanation. I contacted the sales manager to complain and he was sympathetic and promised someone would call me to schedule a proper explanation of the features and how they work but after almost 30 days no call. When the lease is up I will not go to this dealer again. I have leased many cars in my lifetime and this counts as the worst experience.

They replace my windshield but they use a cheap one i take the car to lexus dealer and they toll me that i call them twice after i told them they got me on hold for long time and then hung up

My salesman, Ryan Pope, was responsive and well- informed; Fin.Mgr. Daniel Aceveda was hard to reach, and slow to respond - He was very upset when I kept the “customer copies” of my documents, tho ‘ he’d never responded to my inquiries to clarify whether I should keep them or return them; also , my wiring instructions from him omitted the name of the account holder and my bank wouldn’t process the transfer without this, necessitating a delay while I found someone to resolve this (Mr. Aceveda was again not available!). Also, I received no info as to when to expect my title and the AZ Motor Vehicle Dep’t has yet to receive any info to allow them to issue me a temporary registration/permit! I have been unable to drive my new car for a week!( My understanding is that the dealer typically sends them the necessary info to issue this immediately after the sale). I spent another two hours yesterday getting them to issue this temp. Permit is alternate means .... in all my car purchases over the years, I have never experienced this type of dealer response.

Nasim is great. She was very helpful and not pushy at all. We expressed our concerns and she addressed them. She worked with us and her management to make a deal with us that we were comfortable with. We left satisfied with our purchase. Evelyn is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The reason for the 4 instead of 5 star is that they typically require you to purchase a GPS, paint/interior, protection and nitrogen package. This should be optional in my opinion.
What we signed for on our contract they changed. I felt very disappointed and on top of that they took there time to call us back. They would say they would give us a call back and we never did. We called everyday it took a week and they didn’t fix our problem they decided to write a check to take the easy way out.

Richard was absolutely the nicest salesman I have talked to. He was very helpful. Answered every question I had. He was a genuine nice guy who I see being a real asset. He was not the stereotypical salesman chasing you for your money. I think he was a bit quite but it made the process easier. Hopefully he sticks around. I would buy from him again.
My sales representative seemed to have very little knowledge about anything concerning vehicles. Certain employees were also slightly condescending, but I guess that's because I'm a woman.
