I would prefer to give zero stars. I was leased a lemon by Cesar and since then the Alfa Romeo Stelvio TI I was in has 14 major issues wrong with it and is not a safe drivable car. Swan Kim has a lying problem and there is not one good thing I can say about this dealership or Alfa Romeo - I was in a near death car accident 10 days before I was leased this lemon. I have had to contact an attorney. I have attempted to reach out to them several times but they use an answering service in the middle of the day who doesn't even know anything about this car dealership. This place is horrific.

Although I won’t pick-up my car until Wednesday (it will be my first visit to the dealership), my on-line experience has been fine. Luis Valdez was polite & efficient and also treated my daughter well; she visiting to check out the car in my absence. Additionally, I dealt with Dan, who we found out was born and raised in the same city in Massachusetts. We shared stories of those times. He tried hard (politely) to convince me to take some expensive warranty add-ons, but I was tapped ($$) out. (I’m flying in from Denver and driving the car back, thus more expense of air and hotel.)

First of all my Sales Rep was Luis Valdez. I contacted your dealership because we found the Jeep Trackhawk that we wanted. I'll just skip to the chase. I first of all informed Luis that this would be a cash transaction, in that if we made a deal we would simply wire the funds. The first issue came about when I asked Luis if he would please go check on the Jeep to make sure that the body had no scratches or chips. He informed me that he would not be doing that until we had agreed to the purchase. If your Jeep had not been the one we wanted, I would have told Luis where he could stick that Jeep. We did reach an agreement on the price and arranged for the money to be be wired. We also made the arrangements for shipping. Luis notified me the date that the Jeep would be delivered. I explained to him that we would be busy a good part of the day, but would be relative close to home. I gave him my cell phone along with my wife's so the driver could contact us a few minutes prior to arrival at our home. All set, all good. Not really.. We were having lunch and my wife gets a call on her cell phone from your dealership. The driver was at our security gate but no one was answering the home phone. Of course no one answered as we were not home. I immediately drove home which took about 10 minutes. When I got there the driver had the Jeep out of the trailer, running and sitting by the gate. I asked the driver how long he had been there, and he responded that he had been waiting about an hour. I also asked what contact numbers did he have and he only had our home phone, no other contact numbers. This was just pathetic follow-up. I was really upset, as was the driver of the truck that delivered the Jeep. It was just horrible service, especially considering that it was such an easy sale. Would I use your dealership again, or recommend your dealership to friends or acquaintances, never.....
From the moment I stepped on the lot Richard Notice my sales representative and Mark the finance manager both treated me as I was family. Both individuals were highly knowledgeable and professional I drove down from San Diego specifically for a vehicle they had on the lot seamless transaction. Mark was very thorough and explained every detail and answered any and all questions I had. Till this day Mark still calls me to make sure everything is going well like if I was family.
I don’t think spending time at a car dealership is anyones idea of a good time, so this was about as good as could be expected.

Been shopping online and in person for the past week and happen to run into this dealer name after a famous basketball player. You already thinking, everything is about to be too pricey and all they want is your money. Mann, I was able to get in contact with Jonathan Olvera and he took care of me. He was able to negotiate and fight for what I was willing to offer. If you happen to go here I'm pretty sure all the workers are cool but I would refer you to Jonathan Olvera and he will honestly take care of what car your looking for and literally he will keep it with you. Them taking care of me and willing to work with me was an automatic plus. You go into these blind but take my word for it and ask for Jonathan. At the end of the day I was able to take home a nice beautiful car and the wife and kids are in love with it.
